  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Return Authorisation: You will receive a return authorisation number, which must be included with your return shipment.
  • Packaging: Securely package the item, including all original packaging and documentation.
  • Shipping: We will provide you with a return label. Simply print this and affix it to your packaging - It can then be sent from any Australia Post branch.

Refund/Credit Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, store credit will be applied to your account once the goods have been fully received by our warehouse.
